The “Edergut in Lofer” is surround of green meadows. There are 5 minutes to walk to the centre of Lofer (639 m above sea Level)
Lofer is situate central, you reach shops in a few minutes on foot. There are many path for walking and cycling.
You have a wonderful view to the “Loferer”- and “Reiter”-stone mountains and you have many possibilities like playing tennis, miniature Golf, Kneipp-facility, traditional events, outside swimming-pool (=Steinbergbad Lofer – it´s two minutes from our house distant).
Our house have a small kitchen with refrigerator for the guests in rooms with breakfast, where they can cook for themselfes. In our cellar we have table tennis and table football for children, also a sauna.
We have cows and for breakfast you can drink the fresh milk from them. Our goat “Schlecki” is lucky if you feed her.
 In winter the Kaserasi-Truck-train takes you directly from our house in Lofer to the skilift and back, it´s free.
Our farmhous (2 holiday apartments/one with a balcony and 5 double-rooms/4 with a balcony) is connect to our neighboring house (3 holiday apartments/2 of them with balconies and a big openseat) by an underground corridor.

The summercard is include the roomprice and apartmentprice.
You can visit the Loferer Steinbergbath, the Unken indoor swimmingpool, the Vorderkaserklamm gorge in St. Martin, the Seisenbergklamm gorge in Weißbach and you can use the busses between Unken and Weißbach bei Lofer for free.

You may cancel your booking without charge up to 3 month prior to your arrival.
From 3 month up to 1 month prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 40 % of the cost of the booking.
From 1 month to 1 week prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70 % of the cost of the booking.
When you cancel during the last week before you arrive we will invoice you 90 % of the cost of your booking.
